Our Executive Search and
Selection fee structure is very simple.
We don’t work on a percentage
basis, we charge a fixed fee of £6,000 on successful completion
of a recruitment assignment.
You’ll find this extremely
competitive compared to a recruitment agency with traditional percentage
based recruitment fees and because we’re working to an agreed plan
you know exactly what you’re paying for.
To take on an executive recruitment
assignment we charge a ‘commitment fee’ of £600, so named because
it helps to ensure that everyone is focussed on moving the project
forward. This is deducted from the £6,000 on the final invoice.
