How we work - 7 Step Plan

We don't spend your money on advertising or spray you with cv's from a database - we use a seven step Executive Recruitment plan:

1. We get together to discuss your requirements and you decide whether you’d like to work with us.

2. We review/create a role description and a candidate profile.  We discuss with you where your ideal person is likely to come from. 

3. We then go away and develop this overview into a list of target organisations and/or individuals for you to review.  Next steps ...
